Facilitating collective analysis

 

The ➜ ENERGY8 TOOL is designed to accelerate and deepen the ENERGY8 WORKSHOP.

 

People in the organization are invited to participate in a 10-minute web-enabled survey. They are asked to answer four straightforward questions. The input of the participants is used to create a unique ‘self-portrait’ of their team, department, or organization. No individual feedback is generated - integrity is guaranteed.

 

The underlying ENERGY8 model generates a content-rich report. After some explanation participants can interpret the ➜ ENERGY8 REPORT. During the ENERGY8 workshop they will collectively create insights, conclusions and actions - focused on their issues and challenges. The collective wisdom from all participants creates the necessary commitment for action. We have seen positive outcomes through all levels of organizations.
