What is it?

The ENERGY8 TOOL® is an innovative online tool, enabling groups of people (ranging from 6 – more than a 1000 ) to create an unique ‘self-portrait’ of their team or organization. The ENERGY8 TOOL® is focused on the whole system, NO individual profiles are created. The ENERGY8 TOOL® is available in the English, Spanish, German, French and Dutch language.

Directors, managers and other change agents (consultants, facilitators, trainers) who work with teams, departments and organizations.

How it works?

People in the organization are invited to participate in a 15-minute web-enabled survey and answer straightforward questions. Four questions are asked: personal drivers, organizational drivers, organizational drivers to develop and organizational drivers to reduce. The generated report is input for the ENERGY8 WORKSHOP.
